It is very likely that there will be a strike of the bus drivers and tram drivers in and around Darmstadt on Tuesday, March 20, 2012. Please note that busses and trams might be late or even canceled on that day. As a consequence there will probably be more traffic on the streets.
It is no longer possible to register online as a conference participant prior to the conference. However, you can still register on-site at the registration desk during the conference.

During the weekend an important internet server will be shut down due to necessary maintenance. Via this server you can usually upload your full paper manuscript, register as a DAGA participant, or export your individual conference schedule to your Outlook or iCal calender. This server will be offline from Saturday morning (March 10, 2012) until (presumably) Monday morning (March 12, 2012). Unfortunately, this is unavoidable – we apologize for the inconvenience. This does not effect the accessibility of the DAGA website www.daga2012.de .
It is very likely that there will be substantial traffic jams near the congress center darmstadtium due to road construction work. Please take this into account when planning your arrival in Darmstadt!

The deadline for the registration of a short product presentation for exhibitors (“Produkt-Forum”) was postponed until March 2, 2012 (see Information for companies).
